Judicial Fellowship
Initiated in 1993, the Dr. M.L. "Hank" Henry, Jr. Judicial Fellowship provides fellows a 10-week summer rotation among openly LGBTQ+ judges across federal, state trial, appellate, and administrative courts.
Mentoring Program
Pairs LGBTQ+ law students with experienced attorneys and jurists across Greater New York to help navigate law school coursework, clerkship applications, and professional development.
Law Students Committee
Led by law students, this committee bridges the gap between regional law schools, campus OUTLaw chapters, and the bar—organizing student-driven programming and leadership opportunities.
Career Panels & Workshops
Interactive practice panels, resume and interview preparation sessions, and career discussions featuring experienced practitioners across private firms, government agencies, and public interest.
