Apply for our 2024 Hank Henry Judicial Fellowship! The Dr. M.L. "Hank" Henry, Jr. Judicial Fellowship program provides the unique opportunity to intern with multiple openly LGBTQ+ judges during the summer of 2024. Judges are at various levels of the NY judiciary, and the Fellowship includes a paid stipend of $4,500.00.

The LGBT Bar Association Foundation of Greater New York to be recognized as Nonprofit of the Night at Brooklyn Nets Pride Night on April 6, 2024. The celebration will include a pregame on-court recognition ceremony, a halftime radio interview, a program information table, and nearly 100 seats of LGBT Bar NY community members cheering on the Nets against the Detroit Pistons.

TGNCNB Report

The New York State Department of Labor's 2023 TGNCNB Employment Report is an in-depth look at the experiences of Transgender, Gender Non-conforming, and Non-binary Persons in The Workforce. Extensive qualitative data was collected from TGNCNB New Yorkers for this report through an online public comment form, focus groups, and interviews to understand these disparities.

Janice Grubin

The LGBT Bar Association of New York is proud to announce that our longtime Board Member, Janice Grubin, has been named a recipient of the American Bar Association Commission on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity’s 11th annual Stonewall Award. Grubin and the other recipients will be honored at a ceremony on February 3, 2024, at the ABA Midyear Meeting in Louisville, Kentucky.
