Authentic inclusion starts with who sits at the decision-making table. We are committed to diversifying our leadership, having elected more women, attorneys of color, and transgender practitioners to the Board of Directors to guide our organizational priorities and advocacy.
Inter-Bar Coalitions & Outreach
We actively build collaborative relationships with other diverse and affinity bar associations across New York. These partnerships help us engage attorneys across intersecting identities, broaden our membership reach, and foster mutual allyship across shared legal and civil rights struggles.
