Annual Multi-Bar Association Career Fair
The Multi-Bar Association Career Fair brings together LGBTQ+ law students, judicial law clerks, and attorneys from across the New York metropolitan region to connect directly with hiring managers, recruitment committees, and legal employers.

We are currently in the planning stages for the upcoming Multi-Bar Career Fair in March 2027. Complete registration dates, participating employer lists, and venue logistics will be published here in the coming months.
Co-sponsored by affinity and regional bar associations across New York, the fair features opportunities across diverse sectors of the legal profession:
- Private practice law firms (large, mid-sized, and boutique practices)
- Public interest legal organizations and civil rights advocacy groups
- Federal, state, and city government agencies and prosecutors' offices
- Corporate in-house counsel and legal department recruiters
