Hon. Eric J. Wursthorn was elected in 2025 as a Judge of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County, and is currently designated to the Bronx County Civil Court. Prior to joining the bench, Judge Wursthorn was a long-time court attorney and referee in the New York State Unified Court System. He has been a member of the LGBT Bar Association for over 20 years, is the immediate past Vice-President of the LGBT Bar Foundation, and has served on its Board of Directors since 2024.
