
Charles A. Montorio-Archer, Esq.
Charles Montorio-Archer is an Assistant District Attorney with the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, where he serves in the Youth Justice Bureau, and a Small Claims Arbitrator for the New York City Civil Court. His career spans public service, legal practice, and executive leadership, including service as the chief executive of national nonprofit organizations and as an advisor to leaders working to strengthen communities and public institutions. A published author whose work has appeared through the New York State Bar Association, Law360, and the New York Law Journal, and the author of Everybody Paddles, Charles is committed to advancing access to justice, strengthening the legal profession, and fostering inclusive leadership. He serves on the boards of several civic and nonprofit organizations and is honored to continue that commitment through service on the Board of the LGBT Bar Association of Greater New York. Charles lives with his husband and their French Bulldog, Giuseppe, splitting his time between Manhattan and Fire Island Pines.
