Lindsay M. Goldbrum is a Partner at Goddard Law, where she represents plaintiffs in employment matters including sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and civil rights claims in state and federal court and arbitration, including plaintiffs in high-profile suits against the Estate of Jeffrey Epstein, Harvey Weinstein, American Airlines, and Columbia University, among others. A longtime advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, Lindsay previously served on the Board of Directors of the LGBT Bar Association of Greater New York from 2018 to 2025 when she was also co-chair of the Women's Committee, and she regularly speaks on panels and CLEs about LGBTQ+ employment discrimination. Her advocacy was recognized with the 2026 E. Nathaniel Gates Award, and she has been named one of the American Bar Association’s 2026 On the Rise – Top 40 Young Lawyers, to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2023–2026) and Super Lawyers: Rising Stars (2020–2026). Lindsay holds a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Maryland–College Park.
