Christian Vazquez, Esq.

Christian Vazquez is an associate in Dechert LLP's capital markets group and represents both financial institutions and issuers in a wide variety of public and private financing transactions, including initial public offerings, investment grade and high-yield offerings, debt exchange offers, and tender offers. Christian also represents companies with respect to general corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance issues, Exchange Act reporting obligations, and stock exchange rules and requirements. Christian is a graduate of Duke University School of Law and Yale College. He has also served on the Duke Law Alumni Association Board of Directors, the Duke LGBTQ+ Network Board and is Co-Secretary of the Yale College Class of 2013.
