About The Event

Join us for an in-person evening CLE with representatives from ACLU, Drag Out the Vote, and Drag Story Hour. This expert panel will discuss the uptick in threats against Drag Queen story hour events across the country and the rise of book bans impacting public libraries, K-12 schools, and higher education. The program offers 1 CLE Credit in Diversity, Inclusion, and Elimination of Bias and will run from 6:30-8:00 p.m., immediately followed by a reception from 8:00-9:00 p.m. Please arrive by 6:15 p.m. to check in so the CLE may begin on time. 

This event is generously hosted and sponsored by Fried Frank and co-sponsored by the Metropolitan Black Bar Association. 

Please note that Fried Frank's COVID policy requires all attendees to be vaccinated and boosted.
