About The Event

This free CLE, presented by LeGaL's Family & Matrimonial Law Committee (FMLC), will cover legal and practical aspects of a surrogacy journey for gay  families under New York’s Child Parent Security Act (CPSA). Three attorneys practicing in the area of assisted reproduction technology (ART), and one of the founders of the New York Surrogacy Center, will cover the nuts and bolts of the process from surrogate selection through obtaining orders of parentage. This program is part of LeGaL's Power Pride Lunch Series.
